וַיִּגַּ֥שׁ הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י הַשְׁכֵּ֣ם וְהַעֲרֵ֑ב וַיִּתְיַצֵּ֖ב אַרְבָּעִ֥ים יֽוֹם׃ (פ)
Chegava-se, pois, o filisteu pela manhã e à tarde; e apresentou-se por quarenta dias.
